Because Christ is risen…
- We will be raised with Him through His power (1 Cor 6:14
) - We will be sown perishable and raised imperishable (1 Cor 15:43)
- Those who believe in Him will live even if they die (Jhn 11:25)
- We are born again to a living hope (1 Pet 1:3)
- We are justified (Rom 4:25)
- We can have a cleansed conscience (1 Pet 3:21)
- We are free from slavery to the fear of death (Heb 2:15)
- We can know the power of His resurrection (Phil 3:10)
- We can trust our God in all circumstances (2 Cor 1:9)
- We can know our faith is not in vain! (1 Cor 15:14)
- He will never die again (Rom 6:9)
- He is our perfect and eternal high priest (Heb 7:28)
- He has received all authority in heaven and on earth (Mt 28:18)
- He holds the keys to death and Hades (Rev 1:18)
- The Scriptures have been fulfilled (1 Cor 15:4)
- Death is no longer master over Him (Rom 6:9)
- He intercedes for us at the right hand of God (Rom 8:34)
- He has become the mediator of a better covenant (Heb 8:6)
- We will be saved (Rom 10:9)
- We have become the rich and glorious inheritance of Christ (Eph 1:18-20)
- We can live for Him who was raised for us (2 Cor 5:15)
- We too can can walk in newness of life (Rom 6:4)
- He is declared to be the Son of God in power (Rom 1:4)
- He has received and poured out the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:32-33)
- He has rendered powerless the Devil who held the power of death (Heb 2:14)
- He is with us always, even to the end of the ages (Mt 28:20)
- He has gone ahead to prepare a place for us in His Fathers’ house (John 14:2)
- What is mortal will be swallowed up by life (2 Cor 5:4)
- To be away from the body is to be at home with the Lord (2 Cor 5:8)
- To die is gain…(Phil 1:21)
