Seeking the Things Above in Submission On Earth

Colossians 3 has a special focus on what it means to live as one raised up with Christ in the context of important (and often difficult) relationships. This sermon focuses on the implication of being raised up with Christ in the context of women who are married. This sermon focuses on the call of wives to submit to their husbands int he context of what the completed work of Christ. While focused on submission in marriage, the sermon addresses how the concept of humility and submission applies to all followers of Jesus. This sermon also addresses sinful application of these concepts in the form of abuse in marriage.
